“What’s he thinking” I bet he’s thinking how he’s gonna get rid of Sara🤣.

“Classical Music” That’s how you know he’s psychotic 🤣.

“No powers” that’s what he wants to think🤣. JK.
Does he not have any combative skills? and does he’s
occult magic not count since it’s spell based and not natural magic?

“5’11” I wonder if he gets offended when he hears Jeff making fun of others for being shorter than 7ft😂.

“Tries to get Jeff to Shower (fails)” 🤣
Why doesn’t he just use his occult powers on him to command him?
I bet he doesn’t do it so he can appear more superior 😏.

I know he’s evil, but he seems very cool🤣.
He’s my favorite type of antagonist because it’s fun to watch them manipulate people (I’m not sure why 😅).
Also when I read that he manipulated Jeff to turn into a monster to help Molly then he went and had him kill Molly I was like damn that’s messed up🤣
And Jeff doesn’t even know his brother made him do it
I wonder how he’s gonna react if he finds out😂.

In my version of Lou, he mostly relies on his brother Jeff for combat skills, mostly staying back or completely out of physical fights. He doesn’t like getting his hands dirty, that’s his brothers job haha😆

And I’m thinking that he doesn’t have any “obvious” powers, meaning that no one around him knows he has the ability to influence Jeff’s state of mind :)

He doesn’t get offended when Jeff makes fun of others, he actually enjoys it (especially if it’s targeted at Sara). And Jeff never makes any mean remarks towards Liu.

Liu also doesn’t use his power over Jeff’s mind for any little thing, he only does it when it comes to really important things. And he also doesn’t even have to use this power anymore, since Jeff basically obeys Liu all on his own now👍

If Jeff ever finds out he used this power to make him kill Molly, he’s definitely gonna completely break haha. Poor Jeff🥲

I find it very humorous how he’s obsessed with height and how EJ is Just 2 inches taller than him🤣.

“Listens to anything but Metal” I wonder how Jeff feels about that since he has a Metallica t-shirt 🤣

“Hobbies include drinking and punching (in that order)“ 🤣

I read everything you wrote in the commentary
and really liked it👀👍.
Definitely liked Sara since you described her as a selfless character who prioritized her sisters wellbeing over her own. And I figure that she may have an interest in Jeff because of his affection for his brother so they share a similar mindset. Because other than that I don’t see why she would like someone who used to bully her and her sister 🤣.

Also I really like her design, my favorite thing is her wavy haircut.

Liu is also pretty interesting, and his relationship with his brother and how he pretty much uses him as a tool is a pretty interesting family dynamic. I wonder what is his specific reason/excuse why he’s so selfish 😂.
I also think it’s interesting how Jeff refuses to see Liu’s actions as negative and looks for positive justification why he does things, like how he said Liu did him a favor by turning him into a monster. While Sara sees it as a negative thing.
I also think it’s funny how Liu doesn’t like Sara because he sees her as a bad influence😂 I can imagine him looking at her thinking something like, “Meddling bi*ch” 🤣.
I really would like to see how he looks👀

As for the world building, I really like the concept of the
underworld having nine rings and how closer you get to the middle the more advanced the monsters become.
Which will be interesting to see or read about.

I also really like the concept of human proxies, since it adds more variety, and makes more sense, since I don’t see why a monster would want to handle business decisions or delegate work. I assume they will rather just mess with people or go on action based missions.

I also really liked the idea of the first ring having a mysterious wall that stretches so far up in the sky that you can’t see the end of it. I am assuming this world is more or less flat or something. But I gotta ask, how does the sun or moon/ light source function, in this world? IDK
Maybe I am thinking too much about this lol. I also tend to miss story details when I read things so you may have already mentioned how it works.

Well that’s all I got to say for now.
I tend to let the story set in before I leave a review, so I take my time before I leave a comment.
I also write my long reviews in google docs and just past it.

Omg thank you so much!! I’m so happy that you read all the lore and that you liked Sara! :)

When it comes to Sara and Jeff’s relationship, I’m thinking that they hated each other in the beginning. However, they grow closer and more fond of each other when Jeff decided to help Sara become stronger by training her and stuff. I feel like they would slowly realize they are more alike than they think. :)
And while Jeff is definitely not a sentimental guy, he understands Sara’s motivations for wanting revenge, and respects that she doesn’t want to be weak anymore.

As for how the world works with the sun and moon… I don’t know haha. I honestly haven’t come that far with the world yet, maybe I’ll figure something out👍

Also, there might be something behind the Great Wall in the first ring… 👀
